- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with details of interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Follow scripts and company guidelines while ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Collect and record customer feedback to support service improvement.
- Coordinate with the salesteam for lead nurturing and closing.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Fluency in English, Hindi and any other regional language of India
