Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the film production team to develop a project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, and budget of the project.
- Develop a schedule of tasks and ensure that each task is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, and take corrective action as needed.
- Ensure that all aspects of the film production project are in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including producers, animators, designers, directors, writers and crew members.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to improve project performance.
- Ensure that the final film product is delivered on-time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on animation & films
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of film production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel or Asana.
- Familiarity with legal requirements and industry standards for film production.
- Well versed in english and mail writing for briefing, feedback and all other communication for the same.
