Technical Comptency
- Experience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including:
§ HR Case Management
§ HR Knowledge Management
§ Employee Service Center (Portal)
§ Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
§ Employee Document Management
§ Performance Analytics for HR
- Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
- Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experience
- Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
- Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
