1. Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Respond to incoming customer calls, chats, or emails regarding restaurant or order inquiries.
- Resolve issues related to order delays, incorrect items, refunds, or restaurant complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
2. Restaurant Owner Onboarding
- Coordinate with the sales/BD team and restaurant owners for smooth onboarding.
- Collect required documents (GST, FSSAI license, menu, bank details, photos, etc.).
- Guide restaurant partners through the registration and platform usage process.
- Ensure owner training on dashboards, order management, and handling cancellations.
3. Catalogue Listing & Management
- Upload and manage restaurant menus including item names, prices, descriptions, and photos.
- Ensure correct tagging of food categories (veg/non-veg, beverage, combo, etc.).
- Monitor and update stock availability or out-of-stock items.
- Ensure all items are aligned with platform policies (e.g., hygiene, pricing standards).
Helps customers with orders, solves issues, supports restaurant owners in onboarding, uploads menus, coordinates with teams.
