About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on UGC Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive creator sourcing, onboarding, and end-to-end execution of user-generated content campaigns. This is a pure execution role — you will be the boots on the ground, managing creators and delivering results across top brands.
What You Will DoCampaign Execution
- Execute UGC campaigns end-to-end — from brief to content delivery
- Select and customise creator mix based on target audience and brand goals
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality checks throughout the campaign
- Coordinate closely with creators and their managers for smooth execution
Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Research and identify relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Onboard and manage creators at scale with structured processes
- Build and maintain strong creator relationships through proactive communication
- Support ongoing brand ambassador and creator retention programs
Reporting & Coordination
- Track and share post-campaign performance — content output, engagement, and key metrics
- Align execution with client requirements and internal teams
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or creator management
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing creators at scale
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and creator trends
- Highly responsive, proactive, and deadline-driven mindset
- Creative eye with the ability to assess content quality quickly
