Location : Sec 86 Gurgaon, SS OMNIA
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative (Chat) to manage client communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout each project.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 86, Gurugram.
Responsibilities
– Respond to client inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms in a clear and professional manner
– Handle questions related to video editing services, orders, timelines, and revisions
– Coordinate basic project details between clients and the internal team
– Resolve client concerns using a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
– Maintain accurate communication records and follow-ups
– Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
– Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications
– Experience or interest in customer support / chat-based support roles
– Strong written communication skills in English
– Ability to handle multiple conversations and work under pressure
– Good attention to detail and time-management skills
– Familiarity with chat tools, CRM systems, or online platforms is a plus
– Experience in creative agencies, media companies, or service-based businesses is preferred but not mandatory
– Basic understanding of digital services or video editing workflows is a plus
⁃ Good English speaking is plus
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month (fixed), based on experience and skill level
