Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented State Manager to lead our business operations across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, managing branch operations, leading cross-functional teams, strengthening dealer relationships, maintaining portfolio quality, and achieving the company's sales and collection objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive state-level business growth by achieving sales, disbursement, and profitability targets.
- Oversee branch operations across Madhya Pradesh and ensure operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and state-level teams.
- Monitor collection efficiency and ensure healthy portfolio quality by reducing delinquency.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share across the state.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key business associates.
- Review branch performance through MIS reports and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, HR, and Accounts teams for seamless business execution.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, performance reviews, and market assessments.
- Identify new business opportunities and support branch expansion initiatives.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Vehicle Finance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as State Manager, Regional Manager, or Area Manager.
- Experience in three-wheeler finance will be highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and performance analysis.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
