Key Responsibilities1. Clinical & Patient Support
- Assist doctors, nurses, and therapists during procedures/therapy sessions
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare patients for treatments and ensure comfort
2. Equipment & Technical Support
- Set up, operate, and maintain basic medical/therapy equipment
- Perform routine checks and report faults or breakdowns
- Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment
3. Facility & Maintenance Support
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of therapy rooms and common areas
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks (basic electrical/plumbing coordination)
- Monitor availability of consumables and supplies
4. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Ensure biomedical waste segregation and disposal
- Maintain hygiene standards across the centre
5. Operational Coordination
- Support patient flow, scheduling, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with admin and clinical teams for daily operations
- Assist in logistics and inventory handling
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Healthcare / Paramedical field
- Basic understanding of medical equipment and facility operations
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital / clinic / rehab / facility management preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical training can also be considered

- Physically fit for operational duties
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
