Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering Candidate to join our growing team and assist with a variety of land development projects. The successful candidate will support the design, planning, and documentation of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments while working closely with senior engineers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and planning of land development projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Support senior engineers with site layout, earthworks, grading, stormwater, and utility design.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian and New Zealand standards, regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Assist with project planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within established timeframes and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Understanding of land development principles and engineering practices.
- Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in land development projects.
- Knowledge of grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand engineering standards and local authority requirements.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office for engineering documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
