Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bistro floor operations
- Supervise kitchen and service staff
- Handle staff allocation and shift management
- Maintain daily inventory and stock records
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
- Ensure food/service quality standards are maintained
- Handle customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Coordinate with management for operational requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in café/restaurant/hospitality operations preferred
- Strong team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage inventory and daily reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
