Job Description – Retail Store Manager (Watches)
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment, and minimize stock losses.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation as per company standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including billing, cash management, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion, average bill value, and productivity, and take corrective actions.
- Drive local marketing initiatives, customer retention, and business development activities to increase footfall and repeat purchases.
- Ensure product knowledge across the team and maintain high standards of store housekeeping and customer engagement.
- Prepare periodic reports, control operational expenses, and ensure the store operates efficiently while achieving overall business growth.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
