In addition to branding services, we offer corporate training, mentoring, coaching, and business consulting for individuals, startups, and organizations.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should possess good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and documentation as required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and employees regarding HR processes.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends and HR best practices.
- Perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Internship or prior exposure to HR or recruitment will be an added advantage

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
