Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freight Brokers to join our logistics team. This is a great opportunity for freshers candidates & BPO/KPO experience who have excellent English communication skills and are eager to build a career in the US logistics industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with shippers and carriers to move freight efficiently
- Negotiate rates and finalize load bookings
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve shipment-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers & BPO/KPO experience can apply
- Minimum Bachelor's
- Must have good and fluent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in US night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
- Willingness to work in an onsite setup
