Maintenance Head / Lead required urgently
We are looking for a candidate who can take overall leadership of maintenance activities across all our divisions in Hyderabad.
1 Responsible for driving overall electrical maintenance of plant machinery, plant structure, refrigeration, utilities and assets in plant premises.
2. implementing preventive maintenance practices to minimize operational downtime and losses; efficient in failure
analysis while ensuring application of best maintenance & operational practices and adept at monitoring and
evaluating maintenance activities viz. machine performance, troubleshooting, inspection & authorization
3. Accountable for scheduling electrical preventive maintenance, quality and autonomous maintenance and
implement robust system to check health of assets periodically.
4. Key person accountable for capturing all data related to maintenance as sought by management at agreed
frequency.
5. Provide RCA for the machine failure and CAPA in case electrical failures.
6. Monitor each and every expenses incurred on spare parts utilisation and must ascertain reason for replacement.
Must work on electrical repair and maintenance cost targets and should find ways for reduction by strengthening
the preventive maintenance.
7. Must work towards reducing electrical breakdown maintenance, share RCAs timely to management and discuss on
lapses noticed.
8. Lead all OEM and AMC related issues in his domain and share good rapport with all vendors.
9. Must have seamless communication with all cross functions such as production, QA, dispatch, stores and EHS to
ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
10. Schedule in-house training of existing employees, new joinees and fresh manpower recruitment
11. Monitoring critical electrical spare parts stock in the technical stores and raise intends to procure the material when
the stock goes below safety stock levels.
12. Managing OEM repairs, coordination and follow ups.
13. Accountable for sharing daily MIS, scheduling shifts for supporting staff, better man and OEM or other third party
service utilisation.
14. Review critical spare parts inventory in tech stores and drive 5S, TPM and kaizen initiatives
