About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Business Development
Executive to help us grow our business and bring new customers.
The person will meet businesses, understand their requirements, explain
our products, and convert them into customers.
Our Products
The Business Development Executive will promote and sell our range of
products, including:
Piwa – Business growth, WhatsApp marketing and communication solutions
PiLearn – Learning and training solutions
PiMeet – AI-powered business/productivity solutions
Other products and services offered by the company
Key Responsibilities
Find new customers and business opportunities.
Visit local businesses and meet potential customers.
Explain our products and services in simple language.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Demonstrate products whenever required.
Convert leads into paid customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Report daily sales activities and customer follow-ups to the management.
What We Are Looking For
Good communication skills.
Confidence to talk to business owners and customers.
Willingness to travel and meet customers.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome.
Compensation
CTC - Upto 4.25 LPA
Breakdown - (upto ₹ 1.56 LPA fixed + upto 2.5 LPA Sales Commission
(Variables) + TA )
In addition:
Travelling Allowance for approved business travel.
Commission on every successful sale.
