We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, client relationship management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI, investor, and retail clients.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in residential, plotted developments, luxury housing, or commercial real estate sales.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and surrounding real estate markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
