We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee site activities for construction. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site management, Piling and Foundation Execution Work, Finishing work, Plaster outside and inside, pop, paint ,tiles, stone and granite stone etc. This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to meet daily targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day to day activities, ensuring smooth coordination between engineers, contractors and labor
- Ensure quality control by rigorously inspecting materials and work quality.
- Performed field check of shuttering work and steel binding, casting & Plumbing work through technical specification.
- Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage and monitor labor workforce, ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety compliance.
- Achieve daily and weekly construction targets as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper records of manpower, material usage, and daily progress reports.
- Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and management to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in civil
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/ Foreman, with exposure to construction industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
