About the Role
Maksasoft is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing analytics. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns).
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience in an IT company or IT services environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
- Experience with keyword research tools and performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
