Rajan Hospital and Heart Centre is looking for dedicated and experienced Critical Care Nursing Staff to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Coronary Care Unit (CCU). We need highly skilled nurses to provide round-the-clock monitoring and specialized care for our most critically ill patients.
Main Duties:
- Provide comprehensive, direct patient care for high-acuity patients in the ICU and CCU settings.
- Continuously monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamics, immediately identifying and responding to any critical clinical deterioration.
- Manage and operate advanced life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Administer IV fluids, high-alert medications, sedatives, and emergency drugs accurately and safely according to protocol.
- Respond rapidly to medical emergencies, assisting physicians with procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and CPR.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections and ensure detailed clinical documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Strictly critical care/ICU/CCU experience).
- Skills: Expertise in continuous patient monitoring, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, emergency response (BLS/ACLS), and IV medication administration; strong critical thinking and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month, equivalent to experience and skill.
- Relocate: Willing to relocate to Kotkapura, Punjab.
