Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update billing databases and financial spreadsheets.
- Payment Processing: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments or discrepancies.
- Documentation: Prepare monthly billing reports and reconcile bank statements related to billing.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing processes adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a similar financial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books).
- Soft Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
