We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Developer to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a learning attitude, and interest in IT sales/business development. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Maintain client databases and follow-up records.
- Assist in proposal writing and project discussions.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technologies.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms is a plus.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M Tech or related field.
