Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal communication programs
- Plan and coordinate learning & development initiatives, including trainings, workshops, and career development programs
- Partner with managers to identify team development and capability-building needs
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes
- Manage internal recruitment and hiring coordination for business teams
- Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- Track engagement, retention, and L&D metrics to improve people programs
- Ensure HR processes and policies are implemented effectively across teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HRBP, employee engagement, L&D, or talent management roles
- Master’s degree in HR, MBA, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Organized, proactive, and people-oriented approach
