- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new-hire orientations.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Policy: Update and implement HR policies while ensuring the organization adheres to local labor laws and regulations.
- Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisal procedures, track training needs, and help devise employee development plans.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR Information Systems (HRIS), and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute workplace activities and events to boost morale, retention, and team bonding
