Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across India and international markets
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Ensure compliance with global hiring practices, labor laws, and organizational policies
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent globally
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and optimize processes for efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to building a high-performing TA team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to international hiring
- Expertise in sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across geographies under tight timelines
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for talent strategy
