Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Online Courses Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing the right online training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, understand customer requirements, and help convert inquiries into admissions through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students generated through online inquiries.
- Understand students' educational and career goals.
- Recommend suitable online courses based on individual requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, certifications, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads until enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth onboarding process.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
