Role & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Own product design end-to-end — UX research, user flows, wireframes, and final UI
- Design intuitive experiences for complex B2B SaaS workflows
- Translate user and business needs into clear, usable interfaces
- Build and contribute to design systems for consistency and scale
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers from concept to ship
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data
- Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction quality
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Product Designer profile with B2B SaaS companies
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ year of experience in Product Design in B2B SaaS Products
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have end-to-end designing experience - starting from UX Research / Design to workflows, wireframing, and final UI designs
- Mandatory (Skills): Must have hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe
- Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have detailed case studies of Product Design works for good B2B SaaS products
- Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS product companies
- Preferred (Education): Design Education background (BDes / MDes)
Pay: ₹480,375.47 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
