- Morning Shop Setup
- Morning time par shop open karke vegetables aur fruits ko properly arrange karna.
- Freshness aur presentation maintain karna.
- Customer Handling
- Customers ko politely aur respectfully handle karna.
- Customer ki requirement samajhkar vegetables/fruits properly dena.
- Good behaviour aur helpful attitude maintain karna.
- Money & Billing
- Cash aur online payments properly handle karna.
- Cash counting karna aur daily collection mein accuracy maintain karna.
- Payment mein kisi bhi mistake ko immediately report karna.
- Shop Cleaning & Maintenance
- Shop ko clean aur hygienic rakhna.
- Vegetables/fruits ke area, counter aur surrounding area ki cleanliness maintain karna.
- Order Packing
- Customer ke online/home-delivery orders accurately pack karna.
- Quantity aur items check karke order ready karna.
- Delivery
- Customer orders ki timely delivery karna.
- Delivery ke time customer ke saath polite aur respectful behaviour rakhna.
- Overall Responsibility
- Shop ke daily work ko responsibly handle karna.
- Assigned work ko time par complete karna.
- Shop ke products, money, equipment aur customer orders ki responsibility lena.
- Kisi bhi problem, shortage, mistake ya customer complaint ko immediately owner ko inform karna.
