About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives / Telecallers to join a fast-growing real estate company in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in speaking with prospective customers over the phone. The primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Eligibility
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
