1. Key Responsibilities: Fabricator Manufacturing / Assembly drawings: Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, sketches, and work orders. Material Preparation: Layout, measure, and mark stainless steel components for cutting and bending. Fabrication: Cut, bend, roll, and shape stainless steel sheets and profiles using shears, press brakes, and sheet rolling etc. Assembly: Assemble components, ensuring precision fit-up for welding. Tool Operation: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery (grinders, drill presses) safely.
2. Key Responsibilities: TIG Welder TIG Welding:Perform high-quality Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on stainless steel (commonly 304/316) in various positions. Thin Gauge Expertise: Ability to weld thin stainless-steel sheets (0.8mm - 4mm) with minimal warping or distortion. Weld Quality: Ensure clean, precise, and non-oxidized welds, often requiring food-grade finishing. Setup: Select appropriate filler rods, set up machines, and ensure proper shielding gas coverage.
