We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify new business opportunities through social media, inbound inquiries, cold calling, and networking.
- Research potential clients and maintain an updated database.
- Generate qualified leads on a daily/weekly basis.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch company services, including website development, digital marketing, branding, and software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings online/offline.
- Present proposals, pricing, and service breakdowns.
- Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversions.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations team.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Track targets, achievements, and conversion ratios.
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure high conversation rate through strong negotiation and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as BDE / Sales Executive (Freshers with strong communication also eligible)
- Strong understanding of digital services (preferred)
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Adjustable as per company policy)
