Role Overview
We are looking for a Video Content Creator who can take an idea from script to shoot to edit to publish.
This is not just a video editing role.
This is a content thinking, storytelling, and execution role.
You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to create high-impact content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities1. Scripting and Content Ideation
- Write short-form scripts (30–60 seconds) for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Founder-led videos
- Product explainers
- Convert complex topics (periods, fit, fabric, hygiene) into simple, engaging stories
- Build content using strong hooks, POVs, real-life situations, and educational insights
2. Video Shooting
- Shoot videos across:
- Studio setups
- Factory floor
- Real-life environments
- Handle framing, lighting basics, and clean audio
- Capture founder-led talking videos, product storytelling visuals, and UGC-style content
3. Editing and Post-Production
- Edit for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and optionally long-form YouTube
- Add clean subtitles, strong first 3-second hooks, and tight cuts
- Maintain a premium, clean, non-gimmicky aesthetic
4. Platform Understanding
- Understand what works on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Optimize content for retention, watch time, and shareability
5. Content Thinking (Most Important)
- Think beyond trends
- Create content that builds trust, educates, and drives long-term brand value
- Align with Adira’s voice: honest, non-manipulative, and insight-led
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in video or content creation
- Can independently execute end-to-end videos
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- You think content first, tools second
Who This Role Is Not For
- Only video editors who do not think content
- Trend-chasers who copy formats blindly
- People who rely on heavy effects instead of strong storytelling
Tools (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut
- Basic camera or iPhone shooting
- Canva or After Effects (optional)
What You Will Work On
- Founder-led videos (Deepa speaking directly to camera)
- Product storytelling (why it exists and how it works)
- Educational content (periods, hygiene, body changes)
- Campaigns such as Pink Tax and Fair Commerce
- Factory and behind-the-scenes content

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
