Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hydrojetting Supervisor to oversee hydrojetting operations at project sites. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of hydrojetting equipment, machine maintenance, and strong leadership skills to manage site activities and manpower efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all hydrojetting activities at the job site.
- Operate and maintain hydrojetting machines (high-pressure water jetting equipment).
- Ensure all hydrojetting operations are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and client specifications.
- Manage a team of hydrojetting technicians and operators, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely maintenance of equipment.
- Plan and organize job schedules, materials, and tools needed for site operations.
- Liaise with site engineers, safety officers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, manpower attendance, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in hydrojetting supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydrojetting machine operation and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to manage and coordinate site activities and teams.
- Good understanding of safety standards and procedures in industrial or oil & gas environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Valid certifications related to hydrojetting or industrial cleaning (if applicable).
- Prior experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or industrial maintenance projects is an advantage.
