Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Engineer to manage and coordinate end-to-end customer and project-related activities in a manufacturing and engineering environment. The role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating with internal departments, supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution from enquiry stage to delivery and billing closure.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, customer handling ability, coordination skills, and leadership capability to manage multiple projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Client Coordination
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the pre-sales/estimating team.
- Ensure quotations are prepared and submitted within committed timelines.
- Support the sales team during negotiations, revisions, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, approvals, drawings, materials, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with CRM and internal teams regarding customer communication and execution updates.
- Ensure timely dispatch coordination, invoicing, and billing closure.
- Monitor pending payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and version control.
- Escalate operational delays or project-related concerns to management.
Team Coordination & Monitoring
- Lead and coordinate the Project/Marketing Coordination team.
- Allocate work and monitor team productivity and response timelines.
- Ensure communication standards and customer service quality are maintained.
- Conduct regular review meetings and operational follow-ups.
- Train team members on SOPs, ERP/CRM systems, and coordination processes.
- Monitor process adherence, discipline, and reporting standards.

Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Manufacturing, Fabrication, Construction, HVAC, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Services industries will be preferred.
