Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities . The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling customer data, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
Maintain sales & purchase records.
Prepare quotations, and purchase orders.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Maintainence of Client's ledger accounts.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and pending orders.
Record customer interactions and service requests .
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support.
Prepare customer follow-up reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and queries.
Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
Required Skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
Experience with CRM software is preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts and Back Office Operations preferred.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
Salary
As per company standards and experience.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 08:00PM
This role is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage both accounting records and customer relationship processes while supporting overall business operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
