Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Mining Executive responsible for collecting, researching, validating, and maintaining accurate data from various sources. The role involves identifying relevant business data, generating databases, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with quality leads and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and compile data from online sources, directories, websites, databases, and other relevant sources.
- Identify and generate new business leads and prospect databases based on defined criteria.
- Research companies, industries, markets, and decision-makers to gather relevant information.
- Verify, clean, and update existing databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data mining, data extraction, and basic data analysis.
- Maintain and organize databases in Excel, CRM, or other data management systems.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information and update records.
- Prepare data reports and summaries for the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Support market research and competitor data collection as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data research and database projects.
Required Skills
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn research, lead-generation tools, or data extraction tools is an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Any Discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Data Mining, Data Research, Lead Generation, Market Research, MIS, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong Excel and research skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
