Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
2. Optimize campaigns for lead generation, app installs, and conversions
3. Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS
4. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
5. Conduct A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution setup
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
