The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the front desk, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Handle emails and basic correspondence
Manage office files and documents
Receive and distribute couriers and packages
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Professional attitude and appearance
Good time management and multitasking ability
Customer service orientation
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / High school diploma
Graduate preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
