Podar Education Network is seeking an Admission Counselor . This is a contractual role requiring 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have significant skills in marketing, social media advertising, and admissions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Marketing (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
- Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media platforms for promotional and advertising purposes.
- Admission Officer (Mandatory skill): Prior experience in managing and coordinating admission inquiries and processes.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to interact with prospective students and their families.
- School: Prior experience working within a school environment is highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information about the school's programs and admission procedures to prospective students and their families.
- Organize and conduct school tours and open houses to introduce facilities and programs to prospects.
- Evaluate applications to ensure completeness and verify accuracy of submitted documents.
- Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and other assessments required during the admission process.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns on various platforms, particularly social media, to promote the school.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective and enrolled students, tracks admission statistics and generates reports.
- Assist in organizing school events for prospective students and their families.
- Act as a liaison between the school and prospective students, addressing queries and providing support throughout the admission process.
