Meritroot Academy is urgently looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counselors to join our admissions team immediately.
If you enjoy speaking with students and parents, have excellent communication skills, and can convert inquiries into admissions, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Counsel students for JEE, NEET, NDA, Foundation, and Academic Coaching programs.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads until admission is completed.
- Explain courses, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Schedule demo classes and parent meetings.
- Maintain daily calling reports and CRM updates.
- Complete admission documentation and enrollment formalities.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent counseling experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong counseling and convincing ability.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- CRM experience is an advantage.
