We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Caretaker to oversee our ongoing construction sites/company properties. You will ensure the premises are secure, organized, and running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Security & Access: Monitor site security team
- Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform and coordinate basic routine maintenance, including minor repairs, site cleanup, and general housekeeping of the office/camp areas.
- Utility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of basic site facilities, including power backups, water supply, lighting, and sanitation units.
- Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of basic supplies, consumables, and tools; report any damage or shortages to the Site Manager.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce basic safety protocols on-site and ensure the workspace remains hazard-free.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with external cleaning or maintenance staff when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision, building maintenance, or as a caretaker.
- Education: 0th/12th Pass or Any Degree
- Skills: Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, or electrical repairs is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
