- Drive territory sales and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and B2C customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network to maximize market coverage.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (minimum 3× of the monthly target) using CRM.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with prospective customers.
- Promote and sell GPS tracking, IoT, AIS-140, telematics, fuel monitoring, and other value-added hardware and software solutions.
- Ensure timely customer onboarding by coordinating with the Operations and Installation teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing regular market intelligence to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in Zoho CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to the Business Head.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly by coordinating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute local sales campaigns, dealer meets, and promotional activities to increase market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, pricing policies, and documentation standards.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to generate business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and market learning.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
