Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support and monitor road construction projects, coordinate with site teams, clients, consultants, and government authorities, and ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between project sites and head office.
- Track project progress and prepare reports.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Follow up on approvals, bills, and project correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones.
- Assist in tender and contract management activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in infrastructure/road projects.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
