You're the person who knocks, opens doors, and breaks down barriers for future IPM / Management aspirants.
This is an educational counsellor cum BDA role. You will be heavily customer-facing and that requires you to be charismatic and persuasive. Sales maximization should be a byproduct of your willingness to help your juniors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with the students and parents over a telephonic/zoom call who register for a free counselling session on our website (inbound leads).
- Attend walk-in leads at our offline centre in Noida.
- Counsel the students regarding various career options and pitch an appropriate AceIPM’s offering to them accordingly.
- Follow up with all the assigned leads and update the respective CRM entry.
- Close student enrollments and achieve targets.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (commerce/management major preferred).
- Freshers welcome, prior edtech experience is a plus.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Fluency in English as well as Hindi.
- Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite.
Before You Apply
- This is a fully on-site, 6-day working role (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Weekends will be working. 1 week off can be availed on any weekday with prior intimation. A total of 3 earned / sick leaves can be availed each month with prior intimation.
- The fixed component of the package would be 3-3.6LPA. The rest would be variable depending on the targets that you're able to meet. On average, a BDA makes about 50-60k/month working with us post their training period.
- Candidates who've appeared for IPMAT or those who've worked in a similar role in past will be given a preference.
