Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for junior roles.
