job Title: Tele caller Scope of Work: The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions. • Record all calls, leads, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM. • Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for follow-ups and appointments. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions. Key Performance Indicators : • Number of calls made per day/week • Number of qualified leads generated • Call-to-conversion rate (appointments or sales) • Response time to inbound inquiries • Accuracy of CRM records and follow-ups • Customer feedback/satisfaction Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills • Good listening, multitasking, and time management abilities • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software • Customer-oriented and goal-driven mindset
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
