Telecalling Executive / Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote products or services and generate sales leads.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
- Prepare reports on call outcomes, feedback, and sales performance.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
