Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples including blood, urine, and other specimens.
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per established protocols.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control procedures.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow infection control, biosafety, and waste disposal guidelines.
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals by providing accurate diagnostic data.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, quality, and regulatory standards where applicable.
- Handle patient interactions professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and computer applications.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- DMLT, BMLT, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant laboratory experience (hospital/diagnostic center preferred).
- Knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and sample collection procedures.
- Registration with the relevant authority, if applicable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
