Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (In-House)
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, driven, and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in closing deals. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end sales—from lead generation to deal closure—while delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential/commercial properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Handle negotiations and ensure timely deal closures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) for smooth transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably in-house)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with reputed developers or real estate firms
- Ability to handle high-value clients
- Strong network in the real estate industry
- Fluent in English, Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
