Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer to build modern, responsive, and high performing user interfaces for our communication platform. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive dashboards, real-time chat interfaces, campaign management tools, and analytics experiences that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications for the Chitchaat platform.
- Build real-time chat interfaces, reporting dashboards, campaign management modules & workflow-driven user experiences.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and messaging services.
- Ensure UI consistency, accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Maintain and update development tasks, sprint progress, and documentation using Azure Boards.
- Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience converting Figma designs into responsive web applications.
- Understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, NgRx, Pinia, or similar.
- Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs for real-time applications.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend testing frameworks.
- Experience working with Azure Boards for sprint planning, task tracking, and project management.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI, Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as Chart.js, D3.js, ECharts, or Highcharts.
- Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication applications.
- Exposure to SaaS products, CPaaS platforms, or customer communication solutions.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and frontend deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on frontend development experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
