Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative and registrar operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in office administration, documentation, and file management. Candidates with prior experience in the education industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Handle registrar-related documentation and maintain student/academic records.
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital files.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain official documents and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Maintain proper record-keeping and ensure document accuracy.
- Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and office communication.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of organizational records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, registrar work, or document/file management.
- Experience in the education industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
